Eason Chan U 87 Album 2005 Eason Chan has been rather quiet for a while, and he now returns with more power-packed songs after joining another music label in 2005! After the Metro Broadcast Eason Chan 05' Concert in March, Eason performed songs in his upcoming release in the NCM Live Concert held in May. The concert is now captured on a DVD coming with the album U 87 to thank all his fans for their unfailing support! The latest hit song from U 87, titled "How Wonderful Sunset Is", describes Eason's transformation after his daughter was born. Sunset does not mark the end of a day, but the beginning of another stage. Another song "A Bad Habit" touches upon a hot topic in Hong Kong - smoking. If a girl is to forbid her boyfriend from smoking, it's only out of her care for his health. Eason's fans probably have been waiting for a new album from their idol for two years, and finally Eason presents his U 87 to all! |

Eason Chan is such an exceptional singer. You can tell his singing style has changed when he switched company from EEG to Go East. This album doesn't have those classic K style ballads that we are so accustomed to. Now with the new company, he has more freedom and can put more originality in his song selections. You can feel his emotions when singing his songs. It's a fresh start and a new album for Eason. I would recommend Track 05 - Fau Kwa (Exaggerated) Give it a try!

Although he's now with a new record company, Eason still maintains his quality of music. I am glad that he can focus back on his music especially now that his daughter is born. I personally like the song 阿牛 (track02) and 浮誇 (track05). The song 阿牛 gives off that sad feeling with his storytelling method; common in a lot of Eason's songs. Hope you guys like it!
