Justin Lo - One Good Show 2006 Hong Kong Concert - Recap and Pictures

HONG KONG  March 27, 2006  -  There is one word to describe Justin Lo’s concert kick-off -- HATS! Justin change of clothes also included a variety of matching hats. And no, he did not take off his hat. Justin's One Good Show Concert had many stars and friends present as they lend their support to Justin. There were many guest performers such as Leo Ku, Miriam Yeung, George Lam, Kathy Chow, and Theresa Fu – making it a star-packed concert for Justin.

The star that received the most attention was Justin's rumor girlfriend, Gia Lin, accompanied by Wilford Lau and Eddie Ng. She was dressed in a white jacket, a black cap, and glasses. She gave reporter the thumbs up signaling “good show” when requested by reporters. Afterwards, she sat on the 1st row and quietly enjoyed her rumored boyfriend's performance. During the concert, Justin appeared in a white long jacket and white cap, matching Gia Lin's white jacket and black cap. Trying to avoid further rumors, Gia Lin pretends to be talking with Wilfred Lau when Justin passes by her section. She was trying to avoid any eye contact with Justin. Once he passed her section she regained her full attention to him. (Apparently, if reporters have caught all of these moments, then their so-called tactics aren’t deemed to be effective.)

During the concert, Justin wasn’t much of a talker. He did a lot of singing and other performances. The presence of other artists made the concert complete. Justin sang songs from his previous album along with some English songs, as well. He performed a duet with George Lam as Ted Lo was on the piano. Highlights included MiriamYeung in a stunning wedding gown and Leo Ku with a funky-looking belt. Theresa Fu was also dancing and singing with Justin.  

Almost every attendee had at least one glow stick and it was a sold-out show. The coliseum is in a 12,500-seat venue in Kowloon famous for hosting spectacularly fantastic shows of best-selling artistes. It’s been said that for a singer to hold a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum, you must be a top-notch artist. Indeed, Justin is a talented artist who became an overnight star. He broke the record as the first to hold a concert at the coliseum only after one album- an amazing feat for a new artist. Recently, he’s been voted to be the ‘Sexiest Asian Male’. The concert tickets were sold out immediately during first 10 minutes of sales. The incredible hype has led them to hold another Justin Concert in April.  

Justin worked very hard for this concert, he worked on his dancing and singing and to ensure the fans and ticket-buyers a great performance. The love from his fans extended to Justin's mom and sister- since fans requested to take pictures with them. The concert also had a stand for selling Justin's fan wear and of course, his trademark: hats.
