The 2005
TVB Jade Solid Gold Music Awards results are out. Eric
Tsang hosted the extravagant show at the Hong Kong
Coliseum. The ceremony concludes the Hong Kong music
awards for the year. Not much surprises as Hacken Lee
and Joey Yung won the top prizes. The surprise was
Hacken announcing he will marry later this year after
winning the Jade Solid Gold Best Male Singer of the Year.
He publicly thanks his wife-to-be Lo Suk Yee. It was
also reported that Andy Lau later agreed to be his Best
Man.
Andy Lau
and Kelly Chen made it to the show and picks up the top
Jade Solid Gold Best Asian Male/Female Awards. Ronald
Cheng wins the TVB Song of the Year with his Rascal song
(Mo Lai), and Twins wins the Jade Solid Gold Group of
the Year.
Andy Lau/Joey Yung, and then Andy Lau/Twins spiced up
the evening with some hot Latin dance routines.
Both of the sexy dance number brought fans to their
feet.
