Shirley Kwan performed last night
at her Hong Kong Coliseum 2006 Concert Tour and gave
everyone an unforgettable performance. Alongside her
sexy dances, she received many accolades from her fans
and her peers.
One of the main highlights was the
guest appearance of Eason. Despite age difference, Eason
is one of Shirley's closest friends off-stage. Eason
rocked the house with "We Will Rock You" creating an
up-tempo vibe for the audience. The Grasshoppers were
also her guests and they performed a dance number
together.
At the end of the performance,
Shirley continually bowed to her fans to thanked them
all for not ever forgetting about her. But the fans were
reluctant to leave the Coliseum as she was giving a
standing ovation. These warm requests by the audience
moved Shirley as they hailed for an encore. Shirley
re-emerges to the stage, and explained that she had sung
everything already and decided to sing "Next Year
Today."
After that song, fans were still
was not willing to leave the Coliseum, thereupon Shirley
again had to sing "Difficult to be Lovers." As she was
singing half-way, she felt very emotional and couldn't
hold back the tears; the scene was touching. The night
ended with her song "Under the Starlight."
